During her graduate studies in 2015, Nathania first joined Smart Lenders AM as a Financial Analyst Intern for nine months, where she performed extensive research and wrote her thesis on marketplace lending.
She rejoined Smart Lenders AM in September 2017 as a Credit Analyst, specializing in the evaluation of investments in Small and Medium Business (SMB) credit.
Nathania earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 2013 and an MSc in Finance from ESSEC Business School, Paris in 2016.
Nathania completed CFA Level I in 2019.
